Operational:
PLT's are Math with Katie L. this week
- ACCESS Window at Connery - January 6 - February 4.
- Report Cards - As you know, the report card schedule was adjusted. We will not distribute till students return, and we will review the verifications since most of our staff has already completed grades. The report cards will be printed the week that we return and will be sent home January 7th.

- Thank you for the shared lessons on Near pod.
- There are some staff members that are still not completed with all the modules per Michael Molnar. I will reach out to you and let you know if there is anything left to complete.
- Teachpoint - Artifacts are due on January 15 - they should support your standards, goals, and parent outreach. These can cover more than one of the mentioned areas, and you should not submit more than 4. Please remember that Liz and I will also include additional information in your evaluations.
- Snow days - Traditional days will occur this year (no remote). The only exception would be if we had a prolonged period of snow.
- Classroom Closure - Parents have been asking about school closures, if you are questions you can direct them to Glenda or remind them that this decision is a DESE and Department of Health decision.
- Wednesday Schedule - Liz and Glenda are still updating schedules and we will send you a notification when they are complete.

Math
- Blended Learning Planning - Have your completed lesson and video completed by the end of January and submit to Katie L.
- Continue to monitor progress on iReady.

New Staff Information:
- All absences are put into Frontline Education. Full day requests are the only option. Contact your CIT if you are planning a personal day.
- For sick days text Glenda, Liz, and your CIT in the morning. This communication is more efficient than email.
Technology:
Laptops: Please remind students to bring their laptops charged daily! All students in Grades 1-5 must bring their laptops charged each day. Please assist your students in updating their laptops when necessary. Please contact Ms. Dunnigan if a student does NOT bring in his/her laptop.
Staff Information:
Health and Safety:
- Recess has presented an increase of injuries. The injuries occur most during activities that are unstructured. Please use this resource guide as a means to support full class activities.
- Please remind students to wear their masks properly. Here is an awesome PPT that Marla, our behavioral specialist created.
- Routine COVID testing: CIC health will be here at 10am on Wednesday to continue our weekly pool testing.
- Connery Do Not Admit List:

Misc. Info: Inventory for Professional Development - please complete so that we can track the books that we each have in our classrooms.
Technology Issues
- Please remember to submit all technology issues to the Helpdesk by emailing: servicedesk@lynnschools.org . Be sure to provide as many details as possible including name of user having issue (email or stu#), problem, program being used, etc.
- Please enter tickets for EACH problem they encounter with as much information as possible included.
